A Birthday to Case

A wonderful and lovely lady named Susan celebrated her birthday today. Happy Birthday Susan! Since your card will not be there on your birthday I figured the least I could do is give you a peek. Please forgive me for its lateness. This card is pulling double duty because the layout came from the Greeting Farm's Case of the Curious Card Challenge with a chance to win a free stamp set! Woohoo! I love these stamps. They are so much fun to color. This little mermaid was colored with copics. The paper is Bazzil and K&Company. I added some stickles to her hair, fin, and waist. There are rain dots of varying sizes scattered throughout to immitate bubbles.

OH MY STARS!! I received this card in the mail today and all I can say is, HOLY COW!!! This photo does NOT do this card justice!! It is so unbelievably adorable in real life! Mary colored her to perfection, right down to her scales! The DP colors just pop and there are clear raindots scattered about. OH! And the pearls in her hair and the acetate flowers are just the perfect touches! THANKS MARY for making her for me and for the little somethin' somethin' too!
