Cruisin' Chloe. I colored Chloe with copics and paired her with this fabby October Afternoon and Basic Grey. I added some Clear Stardust around the chrome parts to make them Sparkle, but you can't really see that in the picture. I also added some rhinestones in the corners of the image panel and on the center of the flower. I used a button for the center of my handcut and crinkled flower.
