Inspirational Card Sketches #63

Happy Wednesday all. I'm late in my post for ICS because I had a major issue with copics in my original card. I was going to use the rain boots image from this week's sponsor Pixels to Print, but due to poor planning on my part of not printing out multiple images for errors I resorted to something a bit different with the images supplied to the design team. The Celebrate image was supplied to the DT and I digitally colored it(read as pick a color in photo editor and use paint bucket to fill in the color) to go with my papers. When I colored the rain boots with my copics, the red color bled across lines someting fierce and think that is due line thickness of the images. I'm used to working with images that have thicker lines so instead of stopping short of the line I went up to it, thus the bleed over.

I had a very productive weekend house wise. I got rid of 6 LAWN bags of clothes out of my closet. There were clothes in there that dated back to high school and there was no way my rear is going to ever fit back into those clothes. Many were dated or worn. I saw a few episodes of Hoarders last week and about hyperventilated. Thus the cleaning spree began. My house is already for the most part knick-knack free and not much clutter except for a few astorage areas. The closet being one. Next space...the basement.

Please visit the rest of the DT to see some more wonderful inspiration with this week's sketch:

SO Sorry you had that many issues coloring your image. I hate when things like that happen :( You created a fantastic card though! This is so bright and cheerful! I love your papers and the sweet butterfly diecuts!

Nice! Good job matching these papers without it looking too busy. You're a master of patterned paper, Mary!
