Good Morning! One more day until the weekend!!! Today's card is part of a little card kit that I sent to my chicas Kadie and Sandra. We started this last year as a way to "stamp together" since we are all from different parts of the country. We took a little break, but now we are back. When the girls found out I got some of these Kimmie's, they were eager to play with them so I sent the kit this month. This image is Drucilla. I just love how at first glance she is sweet, but if you really take a look you might want to think twice about not being on her good side. Being that I love funny stuff and just couldn't help myself, I paired this with a Kraftin' Kimmie Everyday Sentiment. The papers are from My Mind's Eye. I put Drucilla on a slant to subtly emphasize the crazy. I did place a button on the card that was not in the kit. Not exactly sure who this card would go to maybe as a break-up card or someone with a sense of humor who needs a pick-me up? What would you use it for? Thursday, March 11, 2010

Mary! This is awesome! I love how it's so super, sticky sweet with the pastel colors and yet there is twisted Drucilla 'playing with her dolly'!! Hahaha! Awesome kit this month chica! And thank you for covering for me. :) (Oh, and thank you for posting early too!)

ROFL Mary ~ what a wild sentiment to match this little image, lol! What a terrific card - all the elements in all the right places! Love how she's slightly off center - great detail and really draws you in. Great job!

Hehehehe!!! I saw the sweet AND twisted part of this card... then looked again and saw the pins! lol!!! Hmm.. It reminds me of myself after too much coffee, homeschooling and picking up the kids toys that have been strung out all over the house! hehehe! I have an odd sense of humor, as do many of my family and friends.. so this would just be a 'fun' out of the blue card to send to them.
