Sweet Bunny

I hope you all are enjoying your Columbus Day. It has been a three day weekend for me but I still feel I didn't do as much as I should have. It is hard to believe Christmas is right around the corner. Today's card is from a card kit that I sent to Sandra and Kadie. We have become good friends since meeting on SCS in one of Kadie's swaps nearly 1.5 years ago. We are from all over the country so getting together to stamp just won't work. So we thought how fun would it be to at least work with the same kit and showcase on the same day to see what we all come up with. Each month we take turns on who sends the kit. This month it was my turn. I've had this cute Sugar Nellie stamp in my stash for a while. His name is Macbeth.

I colored him up with copics. The papers are from K&Company and PTI. The ribbon is from Basic Grey. I used sketch SSS25 from Sweet & Sassy. My friend Lorie is on the DT there and man does she have some awe inspiring creations. Be sure to go check out what Sandra and Kadie did with their kits. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

I really really love your shading and distressing on this card. It makes the image look like he's right out of a page from a storybook. Beautiful! Thanks for the fun kit!

Very sweet!! This is a darling design paired with some sweet paper! Have you ever read Sam McBratney's "Guess how much I love you?" with Nutbrown hair to Olivia? This little guy looks just like him! (and it's a DARLING book!!) Love your card, Mar - just as sweet as you and your voice!!!!! Hugs!
