Hippie Monday!

Now I know most Mondays are not "happy" but maybe they would be if they were "hippie" so I hope this little Limited Edition Hippie Anya from The Greeting Farm will brighten your Monday. I have really been trying to use sketch challenges lately to help off load some of the decisions that go into making a card and when I saw this Sketch #60 from Sketch Saturday I knew it would be pretty groovy with Hippie Anya and Basic Grey Lime Rickey papers. Because both paper in the background are pretty busy, I sponged Distress Broken China around the edges of the blue paper and used my sewing machine to stitch around the edges to help define them better. On the orange paper I stamped a flower from the SU long retired Groovy set. The sentiment is from TGF Fly Away set. Hippie Monday! LOL!

Don't forget the Greeting Farm is celebrating it's first anniversary with a blog hop like no other. You don't want to miss it. Go to the Club Anya blog to sign up.

While I'm not a huge fan of hippies, there is no denying that this little flower child is too, too cute! I'm noticing that your coloring has gone to the next level - just when I thought your coloring couldn't get any better - now it is really mind-blowing! Great job, Mary!
