Mahalo

I tell you, I am really so thankful to have a wonderful group of friends that have inspired and encouraged me in so many ways. This card is dedicated to that lovely group (you know who you are) and to my blog followers that leave the best comments and whose blogs I frequent for inspiration. Because of all of you, I had enough courage to try out for The Greeting Farm's Summer Gardener DT call. I am still riding the big wave of excitement from making the summer design team. If you have never experienced these stamps, check back with me on Monday for some celebration blog candy that will include TGF's stamps. For this card I used MOJO89 for the sketch. For some reason lately I have been putting a complete card together before I even color an image. I don't know if that is the smartest idea, but it seems to be working.

    Mary, this is waaaay too fabulous!! The paper is perfect, the way you cut out the wave, your coloring, and the flowers under the image, and the pearls...it's all so well planned and comes together wonderfully! Great Job!!!

    Now I'm really feeling like it's summer with this card Mary!! I can't believe you put a card together without the image finished! That just freaks me out! I don't think my nerves could handle that! LOL PS. Still can't get that 'other' image out of my head now....thanks for showing me it. :P

    Mary!!!!!!!!!! You are rockin my world! This is my absolute favorite! The papers oh the papers. I don't know how you do it! I LOVE that square in the middle and the way you did the wave is too too cool. Maholo is perfect! You're so good!

    Aloha! I am just loving Surfer Ian and this card! He is colored beautifully - love the sun-kissed skin and hair! Fab DP choices, and I love how you cut the wave out! The little pearls are a wonderful accent! Great job, DT Star!!!!
